I'm Henrik Eneroth, and I do UX, Product, and Service Design.

I work with humans, processes and artifacts to create digital and physical services and experiences that people want to use.

I’ve designed services professionally for 10.2 years, helping large and small organisations in banking, music and video streaming, freight and shipping, publishing, furniture retailing, humanitarian aid, and a bunch of other areas.

I involve myself with the entire design process, from a business challenge all the way to a happy customer via strategy, concept, user research, mockups, prototyping, testing, and spit-and-polish.
